Together with our relocation and home search service we provide property assistance for clients who are out of the area for short periods of time or living elsewhere. The service is tailored to the specific requirements of our clients and can include:

• Weekly property visits
• Mail collection and forwarding
• Housekeeping assistance and garden maintenance
• Removals – arrange and supervise
• Prepare property for sale/rent
• Liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents, Surveyors
• Handover of property on completion of sale/signing of tenancy agreement
